Special Materials Machining Capability
Our tool room is equipped to machine a wide range of special and high-performance materials. We have proven expertise in working with titanium, various aerospace-grade aluminium alloys, Inconel, and other nickel-based superalloys. Additionally, we possess specialised capability in handling high-risk materials such as Silicon Carbide, ensuring proper tooling, parameter control, and inspection methodology for flawless results.
Alongside metals, we also maintain mastery in machining engineering polymers including Nylon, Delrin (POM), UHMW, PTFE and similar derivatives—delivering tight tolerances, complex geometries, and production-ready components for aerospace tooling, fixtures, jigs, and inspection systems.
Aerospace Fabrication, Welding & Validation Facilities
To support the manufacturing of load-bearing, structural, and safety-critical aerospace tooling, MPT operates a dedicated aerospace fabrication and welding facility built around global standards.
